Before you write
- Credits, plans and billing
How credits are counted, what each tier costs and how yearly billing works are on the pricing page and in the FAQ, including the cancellation and refund terms.
- A generation that went wrong
Tell us the voice, the approximate time and whether it streamed at all, and paste the script if you can — most issues are reproducible from that alone.
- Voice cloning consent
Cloning is limited to voices you own or have permission to use; if you're unsure whether a use is allowed, ask before you upload. The consent record travels with the clone.
